目前最糟糕的是拉伯的领导无方，也是巫统极端，霸权及种族尘嚣兴盛，而忽略大马课题的问题也不会因为纳吉上位而解决。纳吉做了那么多年高位，谈过什么改革？说过什么政治理想？甚至65%巫裔支持绩效制同意废除新经济政策，巫统主席或继续位者也看不到。

听国会反对党领袖安华表示，他不看好副首相纳吉接过首相的棒子后，能够为国家带来任何改变。

他指出，马来西亚今天面对的是制度性问题，就算纳吉上台，也不相信后者能够带来任何改变；再加上纳吉从不曾提到改革司法制度、提倡媒体自由、落实民主程序，也不曾表明要如何管理国家经济，甚至支持马来亚银行收购印尼国际银行的决定。

KOTA KINABALU, Oct 7 (Bernama) -- The Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) will not return to the Barisan Nasional (BN) fold even if Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi were to announce the leadership transition tomorrow, said its president Datuk Yong Teck Lee.

He said SAPP pulled out from the BN coalition on Sept 17 because of their struggle in wanting to see a lasting solution to the problems affecting the people in Sabah.

"It is not a personal issue that if Pak Lah were to leave...we (SAPP) will be back in BN. We are looking at issues at large, and not necessarily just the Prime Minister of the day," he told reporters, here today.

Asked on Abdullah's likely announcement tomorrow, Yong said his guess was that the Prime Minister would not announce the leadership transition.

"The reasons being that he has the majority support of Umno members and the people of Malaysia who have voted for BN and he has a comfortable majority in Parliament," he said.

On a different note, Yong said as of today Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Raymond Tan Shu Kiah, who has declared himself a 'Barisan independent' after SAPP pulled out of BN, had yet to submit his resignation letter as a member of SAPP.
